马云:我可以保证,三十年后孩子们找不到工作

在今年贵州的大数据峰会上,马云再次语出惊人:


未来三十年是最佳的超车时代是重新定义的变革时代。如果我们继续以前的教学方法,对我们的孩子进行,记、背、算这些东西。不让孩子去体验,不让他们去尝试琴棋书画。

 


我可以保证,三十年后孩子们找不到工作。

我们必须要有对未来独特的思考,对未来的把握,发挥自己的优势。


在人类知识极具爆炸的情况下,人类过去两千年来,知识发生了翻天覆地的变化。但是,我们人类对智慧,2000年来几乎没有进化。


知识是可以学来的,智慧是一种体验。人类和人类的竞争是智慧的竞争、体验的竞争。


如果我们继续以前的教学方法,对我们的孩子进行,记、背、算这些东西。不让孩子去体验,不让他们去尝试琴棋书画。我可以保证,三十年后孩子们找不到工作。


因为,你没办法竞争这个时代。过去的200年是知识的时代,是科技的时代。未来的一百年是智慧的时代,是体验的时代,是服务的时代。因为,机器将会取代过去200年来,很多技术和科技。

 



过去的工业革命,想到的都是蒸汽机,电力时代,能源造成使用工具变化。阿里巴巴学术委员会主席曾鸣教授说,这背后更深刻的,是知识类型的变化。


第一次工业革命,本质上,是技术知识取代了经验知识。这个好理解。第二次工业革命,出现了大流水线,大企业要协调大规模的生产,所以这次是管理知识革命。第三次计算机革命,从知识的角度看,是把知识体系化、流程化、软件化和自动化。


而我们今天正在面对的,是第四次,叫“人工智能革命”。人工智能可以负担很多知识型的工作。知识本身,已经不是最稀缺的资源了。


什么最稀缺?人独有的创造力。这会引发一系列的巨变,将决定未来社会的结构。这也是马云说的,不让孩子去体验,不让他们去尝试琴棋书画,孩子们失去了创造了,他们一定会被淘汰。

稿件用词准确,行文流畅,且地形天气面面俱到,即便专业记者临阵受命,成品也不过如此。


再考虑到25秒写作时间,人类完败了。


此前,放话 “ 就算 阿尔法狗赢了李世石,但它赢不了我” 的现世界第一棋手柯洁,应战 AlphaGo。柯洁还被称之为人类尊严的“最后防线”。




围棋一度被视为人类智慧最后的堡垒,原因是围棋的变化极为复杂,即便是算力无双的计算机,也无法穷尽黑白两子在棋盘里361个点位上的所有变化。


结果,柯洁还是完败!


甚至可以预测,阿尔法狗下一步还影响整个金融圈。


2000年,高盛在纽约总部的美国现金股票交易柜台雇佣了600名交易员。但今天,这里只剩下两名交易员“留守空房”。


瑞银在裁员路上也没有落后,这是8年前瑞银集团的交易大厅:

用更高的科技取代成本高昂效率低下的人工劳动是所有行业的一大趋势,估计在两三年后,交易大厅能空出一个足球场来。


高盛、瑞银的交易员被替代的经历,只是全球金融公司的一个缩影。


荷兰的ING银行,宣布一个可以让他们在未来省下近9亿欧元的“数码转换”计划:先砍掉5800名员工,占员工总数13%;未来再视情况让另外1200名员工转职或是裁掉。


德国商业银行,到 2020年他们将会将银行中 80%的工作都数码化、自动化,最终将会裁掉 9600名员工。此外暂停发放股息,来弥补重组计划的成本。


苏格兰皇家银行,发布一个线上的AI 客服系统,这个客服系统可以根据客户的语调来做出反应,此外,它还永远都不需要休息,更不会要求超时津贴。


美银,计划在消费者银行分部减少8000多个工作岗位。被减少不只是员工,还有网点。美国银行、花旗和摩根大通自去年第三季度以来,已经关闭了389个网点。


花旗,2015——2025这十年间欧美银行将裁员30%,数量最多达到170万人。


一个超人工智能,一旦被创造出来,将是地球有史以来最强物种。所有生物,包括人类,都只能屈居其下。



人工智能时代确确实实已经来临,躲都躲不过去。  看到人工智能的强大,是否应该仔仔细细的考虑下有了机器人,自己能做什么?财务人和金融人也要失守。



 

华尔街失守:摩根大通家的AI将36万小时的工作缩至秒级


银行家向码农低头。曾经汇聚全球顶尖金融人才的华尔街可能率先被人工智能攻陷。


据外媒报道,摩根大通利用AI开发了一款金融合同解析软件,经测试,原先律师和贷款人员每年需要360000小时才能完成的工作,这款软件只需几秒就能完成。而且,不仅错误率大大降低,重要的是它还从不放假。

未来五秒以下的工作将全面被人工智能替代!同时,未来十年翻译、简单的新闻报道、保安、销售、客服等领域的人,将约有90%的工作会被人工智能全部或部分取代。


未来,很多行业会被改造,更重要的是,这会是一个非常彻底的、非常血腥的改造。那些不能接受互联网+、AI+概念的公司,他们会被颠覆!

马斯克说在未来20年,全球12%至15%的劳动力将因为人工智能而失业。不过,李开复更狠地说10-15年之后,也许50%的人类可能都要面临工作部分或全部被取代。



特斯拉还有号称全球最智能的全自动化生产车间,从原材料加工到成品的组装,全部生产过程除了少量零部件外,几乎所有生产工作都自给自足。。。

6月份,京东无人配送车在中国人民大学顺利完成了首单配送任务,这意味着:无人配送机器人正式投入运营。


它的工作流程是这样的:


配送人员先将相应订单放到无人车的箱子内,无人车会根据订单信息自动选定配送路径。



然后按照路径规划自动行驶,并确定订单停车站点。



在距配送点100米位置时,发送短信给收货人。无人车抵达配送地点后,收货人输入验证码,机器人才自动开启仓门。



完全自主行驶,自动路径规划,自动避障,全程无需人工参与。
